Dina Iandolo is a dental surgeon, Associate Professor and Hospital Practitioner in dentistry, and Director of Dentistry at the Faculty of Health of Université Marie et Louis Pasteur. A member of the SINERGIES laboratory (UR 4662) and practitioner at the Dental Teaching and Care Centre of Besançon University Hospital, she conducts research in endodontics and restorative dentistry. Her work focuses on endodontic irrigation and disinfection, minimally invasive access cavities and multimodal assessment of root-canal cleaning. She also contributes to preclinical and clinical teaching and to the development of dental education.

Research and teaching
Her research addresses irrigation and disinfection, irrigant activation, conservative access cavities and dentine characterisation in endodontics and restorative dentistry. It combines scanning electron microscopy, histology, confocal microscopy, microbiology and ATR-FTIR spectroscopy. She teaches across theoretical, preclinical and clinical dental programmes and supervises student work.
