Abstract
Intracranial hypotension syndrome is widely described in medical literature since 1938. Most case reports portray the less severe symptoms (as headache or tiredness) whereas coma and/or cases ending with death are underrepresented. This article relates the clinical case of a 77-year-old woman who suffered an intracranial hypotension syndrome resulting in a coma and in fine to her death.
