Abstract
The Claisen rearrangement of N-Boc glycinates derived from ynamido-alcohols affords an efficient and stereoselective access to highly functionalized allenamides. These compounds undergo sliver-catalyzed cyclization to 3-pyrrolines which are useful precursors for the synthesis of substituted pyrrolidines.
